Airbnb co-hosting
Ongoing support for reservations and calendar management, pre-arrival, in-stay and post-stay guest communication, listing administration, reviews and reputation support, and agreed operational coordination.
Listing setup and optimisation
Clearer positioning, stronger listing content, image sequencing guidance, amenities review and conversion-focused improvements across Airbnb and other suitable booking channels such as Vrbo or Booking.com where appropriate. This pathway also includes connected calendar and content consistency and clear listing-performance reporting.
Pricing and revenue management
Active rate, minimum-stay and availability decisions informed by demand patterns, booking pace, seasonality, channel conditions and the property’s commercial objectives.
Entire Property Management, Victoria
An end-to-end management option for suitable Victorian properties, combining agreed commercial management with local physical operations such as housekeeping coordination, inspections, maintenance follow-up, restocking, access and property-level guest support. The exact scope, local coverage and responsibilities are confirmed before appointment.

Some responsibilities cannot be delivered remotely. Every property needs an appropriate local operating plan for: Housekeeping, linen and turnover quality. Property inspections and condition checks. Maintenance, repairs and trades. Restocking consumables and guest supplies. Physical guest assistance or emergency response. Access, keys and property-specific compliance tasks. For properties outside Victoria, the owner normally retains or appoints local providers for these functions. Bliss Spaces may coordinate with approved providers where this forms part of the agreed scope, but we do not represent that we have an on-the-ground team in every Australian market.
